Description:
When selecting Windows user from Entire Directory location, WhereDefined property is incorrectly assigned as WhereDefined.Local (Should be: WhereDefined.LDAP).
This is caused by the fact, that "Entire Directory" ADS path is starting with GC:// prefix (not LDAP://), where GC means Global Catalog.
